After working in a Sales Manager role at Cox Communications, I then joined Student Loan Xpress as a Sales and Business Partner Manager, where I continued to educate and empower employees. Following that, I joined EduCap in the role of Director - Training and Development, which as a start-up required full design, development and facilitation of sales, service, and people learning content.
I later held the role of Director - Training and Career Development with a leading financial services company. The past nine years, I have been with Neustar, an analytics and data insight company, influencing the employee experience and engagement across all levels and functional areas of the organization through enterprise and customized learning solutions.
From other page….In addition to my functional nutrition work and classes, I am also a fitness junkie holding certifications to teach a variety of fitness classes.
I hold a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) designation with the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching(iPEC) and a Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index Assessment. I have also earned my certification as an EQi 2.0 practitioner, Vital Smarts Crucial Conversations facilitator, Accredited Facilitator for The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, and MindGym scholar.
As a military spouse of over 20 years, I upended the early roots I had Milwaukee, Wisconsin and was honored to facilitate the 'Pioneering' Sales and Service Class at the Cox Communications flagship system in San Diego, California. There, I experienced, beheld and shared lessons on the gifts of diversity in thought & leadership — from both a corporate and military perspective.
